When you think of helping an organization or a cause, your first thought is a donation. But if you don't have the means to donate you begin to feel as if you can't really help at all.
This is a method I like to call "Speak Up and Speak Out". This way you spread the cause by word of mouth. You can talk to anyone; a teacher, sister, brother, principle, any body who will listen. Just spreading the cause is creating awarness and creating an opportunity for people with a bigger platform to hear about it, and help out. On the left hand side is a check list for you to make a difference
